Welcome to the new edition of the "Insights". You will notice that I have changed the design a bit. You will now be able to read the articles directly on the website.

The past months have been very exciting as I was able to work on several new projects. This spring I had the chance to win again the Belgian and European Championship of Public Speaking, this time in a special category. More on this will follow in a separate post.

This time I want to focus on the "toothpaste principle", one of the fundamental principles of effective communication.

Additionally, the book "The Smart Presenter" on business presentations that I co-authored now available.

And very special for you: on September 25th, 2014, I will offer unique 1-day masterclass in Brussels. The topic: "Speak like a leader", a highly interactive seminar for a small group of individuals.

Speak like a Leader: September 25th in Brussels

On popular demand: an intensive 1-day course on Sep 25, 2014, in Brussels on the topic "Speak like a leader". We will maximize interaction and feedback with one objective in mind: To sharpen your executive communication skills and help you to speak like a leader. The seminar will draw on the greatest techniques from championship speaking, TED as well as top leaders and entrepreneurs.

Speaking Events

The past months before the summer break were busy in Europe with various speaking events & leadership workshops on, among other things "Creative Business Problem Solving", "Self-Leadership", "Creating a feedback culture" and many more.

Looking forward to kicking off the "back to school" season in August and September of the corporate speaking circuit with topics such as "The power of communication"; "Pitching CODE", "Business storytelling", "The Psychology of Decision Making", and "Leading in the new world."
